SafePaper provides browser-based file utilities across ten workspaces: Document Desk, Media Studio, Data Zone, Developer Toolbox, Security Vault, AI Desk, Record Desk, Share Desk, Archive Desk, and Data Room. Features may change, improve, or be discontinued at any time.

2) Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to edit or process the files you use with SafePaper.
• You are responsible for keeping backups of original documents before making changes.
• You agree not to use the service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive activity.
• For Share Desk and Data Room exports, you are responsible for how you distribute passphrases and recipient access.

SafePaper is a software utility, not legal advice. If you need guaranteed compliance outcomes (for example, formal records handling), consult a qualified professional.
