# Share Desk

> WebRTC peer transfer — signaling only, no CDN, no file storage on SafePaper.

Share Desk connects two browsers and sends files peer-to-peer. SafePaper relays signaling messages so the peers can find each other. File bytes do not go to SafePaper servers.
