Scanned or exported PDFs often arrive with pages out of order, upside down, or with blanks that shouldn't be there. Organize fixes all of that in one grid: rotate a sideways scan, drag pages into the right sequence, and delete the junk, with undo so experimenting is safe.

It rebuilds the file by copying pages rather than re-rendering them, so quality is untouched. When you need to combine whole files instead of shuffling pages, use Merge; to pull a range into its own file, use Split.
